Job offer: Lawyers

Our client, is hiring multiple lawyers’ positions for negotiating contracts and amendments for the procurement division. These lawyers will be exposed to the experience of going through all the phases of large contract negotiations.

Job Description:

• Form, negotiate, amend, and guide the development and execution of contract documents to ensure they confirm to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Review research and interpret, contract provisions and agreements to determine legal, operational, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Proofread, edit and fact-check contract documents for accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain content integrity of contracts under negotiation and manage version control.
• Manage the contract process through all the phases and negotiation to meet the projects deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Economics or Finance
• Juris Doctor preferred
• 1+ years of experience in procurement/contract management.
• Familiarity with principles of contract law, drafting contracts and agreements.
• Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English)
• Proficient with Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

  Compensation:

$55k - $65k plus performance bonus
