Job offer: Litigation Attorney

Our client, a global leader in the service sector, is seeking a passionate and growth-oriented professional to join their team as a Litigation Attorney. This role involves managing all stages of litigation, including case analysis, drafting pleadings and motions, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.

Responsibilities :

• Provide legal counsel and representation in litigations representing the Company.
• Assists with the preparation of discovery and responses to discovery, including gathering of relevant information and
• documents.
• Advocate for the Company in court hearings, trials, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
• Conduct legal research related to Company’s litigation claims
• Draft and file motions, pleadings, and other court documents.
• Drafts and manages legal holds and demand letters.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the state & federal bar.
• 3+ years of experience in litigation, with demonstrated trial experience.
• Fully bilingual
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
