Terrible Administration
This company hires people and provides them training to work as teleoperators.
The first problem is that the training doesn't cover the basics needed when a representative must take calls for the first days.
But that's not even an issue compared to the rest of the problems.
The metrics are continuosly being modified to make each representative's work even more harder each month.
The support here is sluggish, and most of the time the provide a vague answer just to be done with you.
The administration constantly make changes without at least notifying the representatives, and they never fail to dissapoint.

Wouldn't recommend to anyone to work here for a long run. Regardless, apply at your own risk.
