Poor communication with customer. I have been waiting since Saturday for a report on the condition of the vehicle. On Saturday they said the defect does not register on the diagnosis gun; therefore it has to be there 24 hours. Monday, no word. I had to call in the afternoon, very upset. They said they needed authorization to replace the part because it is expensie, but would call me Tuesday, nothing, will have to go personally tomorrow. Today on the same track, and just like Monday, no one picks up the phone. When will the nightmare end? No way of knowing.
