The concept that the chef wants to take Creole cuisine to another level, where the essence of grandmother's homemade dishes is expressed, such as viandas with cod, sancocho, stewed meat, churrasco, mamposteao rice, among others. And of course with fresh ingredients, always trying to use as much as possible local products of the highest quality, such as prime cuts of meat and products from local farmers.
