We offer, to athletes and the public in general, sports training starting with a physical assessment to help us design the best workout for you. Our personal trainers are certified by the University of Puerto Rico and will help you achieve or exceed your goals. We have an open air training area, scenic routes for jogging, running, training ladders, spinning programs, kickboxing, aerobics programs and plyometrics.
