Job offer: IT Manager

Our Client, a Multinational Company in the Technology Industry is hiring an IT Manager to join their team. This role of Manager is responsible to lead, develop, manage and integrate all aspects of the external customers’ needs and Company objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the overall Systems Development Life Cycle; applications development and programming plan
• Management of the Business Requirements submitted by clients, workflow, time lines and schedules
• Provide direction and supervisory control to departmental budgetary and financial oversight
• Recommend and advice departments of new ideas and technologies to improve the business opportunities

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or Computer Engineering
• Strong knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and applications development
• Previous supervisory experience is required
• Strong knowledge in System Development Life Cycle, Java, .Net, Mainframe, B24, Unit and Integration Tests and OWASP guidelines for WEB Base Systems is needed
• Proficient in English and Spanish (oral and written)

Compensation: $90K - $120K Base Salary. Commensurate with candidate experience plus performance bonus and excellent fringe benefits.
