Job offer: Legal & Compliance Supervisor

Our Client, a leader in the Sales and Distribution Industry is hiring a Legal & Compliance Supervisor. This position will report to the In-House Attorney and Compliance Manager. This position will supervise the Compliance Division and the evaluation and effectiveness of Risk Management and Governance progress.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure the Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Provide legal advice and guidance in the development and implementation of strategies and business policies
• Help in the Management of Legal cases
• Interpret and implement new regulations on business units

• Juris Doctor is a must
• 3+ years of experience in a compliance position for Legal Department of a Financial Institution
• Previous experience in the Banking Industry and/or Regulatory Agencies preferred

Compensation: $60K Base Salary. Commensurate with candidate experience plus performance bonus and excellent fringe benefits.
