Job offer: Accounting Associate

Our client, a fast-pace growing Financial Management Company with multiple funds is hiring an Accounting Associate. This position will be responsible for the complete accounting cycle. The duties will include compilation of financial information, record maintenance, financial reports, among others.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain general ledgers for different funds
• Prepare quarterly financial reports, bank reconciliations and other accounting functions among request
• Assist in the annual audit and tax return preparation
• Manage the journal entries, bank reconciliation, cash flow needs and payment processes, among others

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related fields
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Big 4 experience preferred
• Proficiency in Excel & QuickBooks
• Perfect command of English language

Compensation: Commensurate with candidate experience plus performance bonus and fringe benefits.
