I ordered ice cream and a drink for our family, the server had an attitude, rudely asked what drink I was ordering because he couldn't figure out what it was until I showed him their book of drinks, rudely said for us to sit down while he continued to serve others without getting our order ready. We had to loudly ask them to get our order ready before they started on the order. Then they had the gaul to charge a table service fee. This is a disgrace for this ice cream chain.
