Job offer: Digital Solutions Manager

Our Client, a leader in the Insurance Industry is hiring a Digital Solutions Manager to lead digital initiatives to contribute in the business growth and operational excellence.

JOB SCOPE:

Develop, coordinate, and execute digital initiatives to enhance the customer experience, omni channels, product innovation, business growth and operational excellence.

This role involves all aspects of the Company products development process from discovery to delivery. This position will work directly with business leaders, designers, engineers, and stakeholders to ship meaningful products.

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or another technology-focused field
• 5+ years of related experience managing moderate to high complexity agile projects
• Comprehensive understanding of the current trends and best-practices in web, mobile, and emerging technologies
• Strong practical knowledge of agile methodologies, product development, information architecture, usability testing, and UX/UI
• Understanding in HTML/CSS/JavaScript/.NET
• Must have experience presenting to C-Level management
• Project management skills nice to have
• Experience working in a highly collaborative environment
• Experience working with Matrix relationships
• Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Compensation: $85K - $95K Base Salary. Commensurate with candidate experience and excellent fringe benefits.
