Job offer: Financial Planning Manager

Our client is hiring a Finance Planning Manager to support the Engineering and Capital Projects area. This position will play a pivotal role in driving financial planning and decision -making process between finance and the Engineering/ capital projects department and all business support areas. The ideal candidate requires a strong background in financial analysis, leadership skills and the ability to drive strategic decision -making. Strong leadership skills to motivate and develop a team of financial analysts.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial management and accounting, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
• Supervise and develop a team of financial analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports related to capital projects, providing insights and recommendations for efficiency and compliance.
• Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and analysis to support strategic decision-making and optimize grant management processes.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators for grant-related activities.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and regulatory reports for grants and reimbursements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with organizational objectives.
• Prepare and present executive-level reports to senior management.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• MBA, CPA, or CFA designation preferred.
• 8 plus years of proven financial analysis experience
• Previous leadership experience
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis and Microsoft excel
• Fully bilingual
