K ey Responsibilities:
-Implements development tools and talent retention plans
-Definition and execution of annual training project for all employees
-Administers recognition programs
-Manage the payroll area in full compliance with federal and state laws.
-Provide support in budget preparation, monitor HR accounts and identify trends.
-Administers staffing responsibilities. Sources, screening, interview and pre-qualifies external/internal candidates. Arranges on-site interviews and prepares job offers in collaboration with hiring managers.
-Facilitates support to line management in performance management and disciplinary issues involving employees at the organization.
Requirements-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
-Knowledge of federal and local employment law
-5 + years’ experience in a Human Resources related position
-Proficiency user of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
-Knowledge of Quality System Regulations
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
